"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "Overall the cottage is very nice and we had a comfortable stay. The cottage is in a good location to tour the South Hams and is peaceful and quiet. We felt some of the facilities were a bit outdated and tired, with a few upgrades to the details like fresh new crockery, a decent sharp knife, coffee machine and music player upgraded to the 21st century it would be a bit more wow for a 5 star from us."

"We had a lovely stay at the Big Barn. Communication was exemplary, Jenny was very helpful and friendly, and the house itself is beautiful. We were there for new years - three families and adults and kids all loved it. The kitchen is great for cooking and very well equipped and the living area has a stunning fireplace - very cosy.
