"Lovely clean property in a gorgeous location in Salcombe. All the staff were friendly and our room had a partial view of the estuary which was lovely. The parking is a bit off putting as it’s on a steep slope and limited but the staff do take care of that when you arrive and can park your car for you. Because we were at the top of the building, the roof blinds were useless, letting in light and not fitted properly, def needs replacing, in both rooms. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight. Ok hotel but nothing special. "
