"Absolutely amazing place to stay steps from the ByWard Market. Many different sizes of rooms to choose from. Breakfast is great. Staff are phenomenal. Parking is incredibly reasonable. "

"Loved the rooms at the back along the river. Main floor was easy to bring bags in and out of vehicle. Front desk checkin building is hard to park in but lots of room for vehicles where we actually stayed. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty. Breakfast staff were very attentive that everything was kept filled and dishes cleared if people left them."

"It was clean, the staff was great and valet parking was great."

"We had a great stay at Les Suites. The room was very spacious with a great balcony, and even a washer/dryer. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the little cafe in the lobby had great coffee! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Ottawa."

"Really nice place, friendly staff, convenient location… the only 2 things that stopped me from giving a 5 star were: valet parking wait time, and the pool (water condition, and seating area). But that’s just me being picky. Honestly i would go again. "
