"As soon as we received keys , we went up to our room. The door was unlocked and we don’t have to use our key to enter This incident made me worry that this hotel is not safe. I booked two Rooms. Room is spacious but old. Our connection room door was broken and we can’t lock the door nor the bathroom door. We went to the food court to check out foods. We discovered the floor, tables were so dirty therefore, we decided to leave "

"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. Lots of kids which was great for us because we brought our toddler along but I wish they had more to do with the kiddos. They had a movie night, but it was just a projector and chairs in a...
