"Loved the location but older building so no ventilation in bathroom."

"I stayed here because it was conveniently located next to the Ponchatrain Center. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room smelled of stale carpet and cleaning supplies but at least it was clean. I didn't stay in the room much so I didn't need much. There was a Keurig, microwave, a mini fridge in the room which is great for a longer stay. There was hot coffee in the lobby!!! While the room needs some updating it wasn't bad and I will stay again. "

"Some of the front desk staff seemed bothered when you asked them for something. And found dead cockroaches in my room. One on the floor and one on the chair. "
