We had a small plumbing issue in our room, but the staff worked quickly (as always) to have someone come look at the issue, and they were able to resolve the problem without any interruption. "We had a great trip. The hotel room for 5 was extremely spacious and it was so nice to stay right next door to the caves. We absolutely loved the caves. They were so big and the guided tour was great. The crazy golf was also great. Wells is only a 7 min drive and it is definitely a must. All in all a great stay with great value"
