"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "

"Nice hotel. Good distance from any transportation. Friendly staff. The double bed queen room is a little smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Room service took a bit long for some request, but not much of an impact on the stay."
