"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "

We were very pleased with the management as they were able to move us to a different room when we reported heating was broken in our room.
