"Hotel is in a great central location. Unfortunately restaurant and bar closed early for the off-season, given mid-March. However local area still had lots of other eatery options, plus hotel was open for a breakfast. My room 5 was single in attic, but dormer window provided great view of bass rock, particularly at sunrise. "

"Very friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms. Good hearty breakfast. Lovely view of garden,beach and river from dining room and bedroom. Slight issues were TV stuck on one channel and holder for shower head broken. To be fair, we didn't mention these till check out, as weren't big issues for us. Neither of these things would stop us staying here again. It was an unexpected treat to find such a nice place to stay as we were passing through the area! "

"Great price and room for the weekend. Only 3 dedicated parking spaces out front and if they're taken you have to move your vehicle every 2 hours around the square because of parking restrictions. Stairs and passages are tidy but could do with an update. Overall happy with the establishment."

"We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh. "

"Great stay at the Marine! From the moment we arrived we had an outstanding stay and made to feel so special. All the service was friendly and very attentive. It is a short walk into North Berwick. The spa and pool areas are great, with lots of areas to use and never that busy! The ice baths are a great addition! The lawn restaurant was amazing and the pizzas were fabulous! "Everything was perfect about this property. It was in a great location, bus stop literally at the door. On street parking without issue. The premises themselves were lovely. Very spacious, tasteful but modern interior with comfortable beds & a very flash bathroom (in our family room). We also had a beautiful view of the golf course and racecourse to wake up to.
