"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. Fantastic location!

"Fabulous hotel in a great location! Good view from the 14th floor with views of the city. We had gorgeous time! The room was good but a little dusty! Breakfast was ok, room was too crammed and noisy and some of the breakfast items were cold and others not replaced. Service was very good! "
