"There was some noise from the bar/ bistro downstairs but it wasn't too bad and it stopped reasonably early. It was a little warm in the room for sleeping and the aircon was too loud for me to leave on but I'm a very sensitive sleeper. If you can sleep with a bit of white noise then it would be fine and down out the rest of the noise. My little girl felt safe in the room and thought it was the nicest hotel she been in. "

"I liked most of the services that the hotel provided. However, I asked to make up room and provide me with clean towels, but it didn't happen!"

"I arrived rather weary, and was welcomed and supported to become more comfortable after I found I couldn't work the TV (user error). The staff were generous and kind! And went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.The bed was soooooooo very comfortable and cozy on a cold Sydney evening."

"Great little place to stay overall. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly. The only drawback was the sound of doors slamming shut all night from people leaving their rooms to use the bathroom. I had an ensuite bathroom but others don't. I woukd like to suggest having soft close doors installed for overnight comfort of guests."

" I loved the room is very spacious, and very clean good service nice food and our 3 free drink vouchers the only downfall is no elevator we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs 😌 and it's on the main road but very busy. We only spent two nights but overall it was very good experienced and we had a good time on our stay. Thank you Nightcap Pymple Hotel "
