Parking for hotel wasn’t well marked…only for casino…first time there…it would have been helpful to have directions with confirmation as to WHERE we were parking & WHERE to go to check in. Signage is cheap & easy, even easier would be to have thorough instructions provided in description BEFORE guests arrive. We had to call to find out if we were parking in the right place. Lack of communication is costly!

We had a great time and saw two great shows in the coliseum. It was very convenient to come out of the show and be right there at our room without going anywhere. The rooms are very clean and nice but have basic amenities in the room and no housekeeping which was fine for us.

Everyone who works at the Casino was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious, great mattress, lots of pillows. We found it hot in the casino, venue, and room. We lowered the temperature in the room, but it was still warm. Bring ear plugs because people were loud in the hall late at night. We ate at Legends and the chicken was dry and the coleslaw brown and sketchy. The waitress brought me honey garlic sauce they use on the wings and that helped the chicken. There was a Tim Horton right in the casino which was great. Overall, great experience and would go again.
