"I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but I must say, we enjoyed our stay. It’s local to a lot of things to do. Parking was sufficient. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were nice and cozy, bathroom was clean, shower had pressure and was nice and hot, we also really enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was basic but enough to satisfy plus they have vending machines with lots of goodies. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say. "

"Under new management.New mgr.and family are extremely hospitable and very eager to please and insure guests are satisfied.Although,they are making great improvements to the property,they have a big job ahead fixing the neglected repairs and upkeep prior MGMT ignored.Needs more housekeeping staff.Also can use some updates on furniture and curtains definitely.overall for the price and location I was satisfied.mo bugs in my room,ac cold,clean."

"Communication with the owners was great. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. It was clean and ready to go when stated check-in was. The code given to check in was seamless and very easy to come and go. I would definitely recommend this. The neighborhood is Relatively quiet neighborhood and perfect location in Winterhaven."
