"We were really excited for an adult trip and swimming without kids. We booked a month in advance. Got there and nothing was said. We changed into our swimsuits and went down to swim and it was dark and locked. The custodian didn't know why it was closed so we went to ask the front desk. They said the heater was broken. Disappointing especially bc it was the only reason we chose the hotel and it is their first picture advertised "
