"The room was amazing. The staff were personable and friendly. The restaurant on the main floor has great food. The rooftop bar was excellent. The service and food were outstanding. The nachos, the burger, and the tacos hit the spot. Washing it all down with a cold beer in the posh ambiance made it all better. I cannot say enough about this place. You want a spot that is located near everything and had everything you need, this is it."

"Amazing hotel for couples and families. Located in a quiet area within a walkable distance from a bus stop and a metro station. I love the no shoes policy and the private hot springs are very nice and can easily disconnect after a long day of walking around Kyoto. Nothing to do with the hotel itself or the staff but expect some loud clients at this hotel. "

"The best part of this hotel was the location! Just across from Kyoto Station, and right next to Kyoto Tower. Very convenient. The room was kept clean, the hotel was easily navigated, and overall a terrific pick! Because it was on a busy intersection, we could hear road noise. Also, the beds were a little hard. However, we had 3 adults in the room with 3 beds, and that is such a blessing. I would recommend this property."

"The hotel room is as expected in Japan. Not large but it was comfortable and clean. The bedding was of good quality and the pillows were soft. The staff at reception doesn’t speak great English and most of the time we had to use translator but they were nice enough. Very central for markets and the Gion area. I would stay again "
