The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed watching everyone walk their dogs! My favorite part was hearing the harbor bell. Things I wish I'd been aware of ahead of time caused a few issues for our more senior and less mobile guests - outside stairs are uneven and no railings, inside stairs have a tight turn at the top.
