"The room was clean but tired. The bathroom faucet was missing a piece and the baseboard so old couldn’t be cleaned any better… it was stained. Normally it would have been cooler but had a warm spell and the place was hot. The refrigerator was loud so I turned it off only to have it defrost overnight with a small pond on the floor. It isn’t the staff they were great but corporation might want to invest some money at that location "

We contacted him frequently to review our plans and recommendations from someone who is a local. He never steered us wrong. The entire family had a great time and we are already planning for another stay in York and will certainly book this beautiful home. Trust me it’s even nicer than the pictures suggest."

"The house is in a very quiet, secluded area, yet close to York village. We loved the deck and all the outside amenities. The house is very well stocked with anything you could possibly want. Linens are provided, but you will have to make the beds upon arrival. Also, the TV in the living room wasn't working that well, and we didn't try the other TVs."
