"This place is a true gem. My boys and I came up to Michigan from North Carolina to see a University of Michigan football game, but we couldn't get decent lodging in Ann Arbor so we stumbled upon this place and it was quite a treasure. "Property was as shown, neat little apt in what use to be a large home. On a main road which did cause some traffic noises at night. Clean and with some cooking condiments available. Upstair which was not listed. Could be a problem for older guest. Overall a very nice place to stay, close to everything. If i came back to the area i would definitely stay again."

"The house was easy to find when we arrived. We walked in and immediately noticed how everything looked exactly as listed online. Plenty of space, stocked bathroom and laundry room, with beds for myself and two friends. Our host was great in communicating with us when we arrived and also put together a binder of info for restaurants and stores nearby. Thank you Greg for a great weekend! "
