"Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all. "This is a lovely property with friendly and very helpful staff. The beach is clean and beautiful and beach staff is great. The pools could use a little maintenance on things like broken tiles, but appeared overall clean and inviting. Spa staff was great. Only hazard I ran into was the two steps down off the bed in the middle of the night."

"Nice clean hotel very close to LaRopa beach. We originally booked a double room but upgraded to a suite upon arrival. Staff were friendly, easy check in and always cleaning. Our suite had ample kitchen items to make a breakfast to start the day. Nice view of the courtyard pool & sea from our suite patio. At one point during our stay, we did loose electricity to our suite, so the staff helped us move to another suite. They gave us the option to stay in the new suite or go back into our old room...
