"Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. "Very odd stay experience - family with small children and a dog, renting out a small part of their home. Description indicated a shared kitchen, which was false and we could not cook as we had planned, so this was very disappointing, but we were allowed to use the pool for a while, which was great. Shared common area was also nonsense, as little children were watching TV there. Payment at property was only possible in cash, which was unexpected and would have been good to know prior to arriving...
