"The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were given free coffee and biscuits while the lady checked that our room was ready,which it was. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was self serve and lovely. There was full English, cereals, fruits and seeds,yoghurts, croissants and pastries and various breads. Jams,honey and Nutella were available for the toast. "The hotel was quite clean and typical of a Holiday Inn. The employees make this place excellent. From Owen at the front desk to Lindsay at the breakfast. Over and above helpful. Thank you!. Only complaint is I booked a KING and think our room was a Queen and it was like a trampoline. Very bouncy. Otherwise very quite and safe.
