"We had a wonderful time in Liverpool and the Holiday Inn express was way better than we expected. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a very good standard and set you up for the day. Plus, the hotel was well situated close to Liverpool one and a 10 minute walk from Liverpool lime Street."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional. The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them.
