"The Service recieved from Catlin and Daniel was that exceptional. i have emailed the head office to give credit to these two employers, which doesn't often happen in the Hospitality sector."

"Great open space for socialising with a bar, restaurant, pool table and TV's. Small area with kids toys to entertain the little ones too. Most of the staff were freindly, with only one member of staff telling the kids to keep the noise down. That was the only annoying thing, as there were no other guests present other than our party of about 15 people, so I'm not sure who stood to benefit from the 6 kids reducing the noise, when they were just being normal kids playing hide and seek. The hotel literally overlooks the bowl and there are so many of Manchesters best places to see, restaurants, bars etc within 10-15 minutes including the science and history museum across from the hotel. The room we stayed in was huge and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. "
