"Great well price food, friendly staff & excellent facilities "

"We had two single rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but that didn't happen. One room was on ground floor and the other on 2nd floor. Lift wasn't working so that was difficult as person I was with has mobility problems. Apart from that, a good stay. Breakfast good. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Harvester next door which was handy. "

"Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfy. There was some cobwebs in bathroom and on first night accidentally spilt some tea on duvet but this was not changed when room was serviced next morning. But would stay there again the food was very nice and the pool was lovely. Although the building could do with some maintenance. We stayed two nights and had a very pleasant stay. "

"The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm."

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. We would have eaten at the Ibis but the day we chose the main chef wasn’t in and the restricted menu for that day didn’t have a...

"Location is excellent. A quick walk to Oystermouth Castle and Oyster Bay. Restaurant menu is diverse and food is delicious. Staff is excellent. Many thanks to Arun and Josie and the rest of the staff who insured our stay was most enjoyable. "

"This building is old and damp in areas. However good value for money and central. My room was beautiful. Windows quite mucky. Reception lady polite and helpful. Continental breakfast disappointing. If your wanting a quiet stay this hotel is located directly in front of a very loud nightclub so take this into consideration on a Friday/ satarday night🙂"
