"Excellent and attentive staff team, lovely air conditioned room with spacious and light bathroom. Shower was especially good! Busy at breakfast but fully stocked buffet, good selection, and clean restaurant areas. Would stay again. (Easy 10-15 minute walk to Bullring too)"

"The hotel was in a great location with direct access to the German Market and also very close to train stations and the Bullring. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I have given the comfort rating a 2 purely down to the air conditioning. It didn’t work properly and was very warm in the room. I woke 5 times in the night and turned it back on only for it to turn off straight away. "

"A nice hotel in a good location, good quality and value for money. Breakfast is good, evening bar service could be more efficient. Mattress (or bed frame) was quite creaky but that's unusual."
