"Hotel had excellent guest service experience. Everyone was super! We had an issue with hotel com site and the desk supervisor sorted it. The dining staff especially Oliver was great but so was his evening wait staff supervisor, got some 🍴🍴 as the take way forgot to put them in the bag. "

"I travel throughout the UK for work & tge Cairn Lodge is by far tge best & my favourite to stay in, it’s a hidden gem between the village of Auchterarder near Perth & the world famous Glen Eagles golf club. The ambience, style, the staff, beautiful rooms & amazing restaurant, make your stay an absolute haven "

"The only spoiler for us was that due to an old fusebox, all the plug sockets kept tripping leaving no power to charge our devices or for using hairdryer/straighteners etc. Otherwise a lovely hotel and friendly staff."

"The hotel staff were really nice and friendly. The food was lovely and reasonably priced The leisure facilities was clean and fairly modern. Only down side was the noise in the room, I was on a ground floor room and could clearly hear the occupants above with someone obviously leaving early I would suggest requesting an upstairs room if you can. "

"Had a fab stay at the Carmel apartments, the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, warm and everything was of great quality, everything is thought of, with lovely touches around and the garden is beautiful too. I cannot recommend this apartment enough 5⭐ Will definitely be staying again on our next Scottish holiday. "

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, rooms are amazing and bed extremely comfortable. Views across the loch are simply stunning and we excitedly woke up to the most amazing sunrise. Beautiful balcony to sit and relax too. Staff are very friendly and attentive, can’t do enough for you which was really nice. We enjoyed our stay so much it might just become an annual visit. Amber Rose spa is lovely and we enjoyed a massage and thermal spa experience. Food was delicious and breakfast was great...

"2 bedroom apartment was so spacious and well equipped. Pity rafters lounge bar was closed but i suspect it was because January and low season."
