"Fun retro hotel, reasonably priced for DTLA. About a 30 min walk to the LA convention center (homeless and disturbed people on the way, but I felt safe during the day). Food in the hotel was pricey, but there were taco 🌮 tucks across the street. There was live music in the lobby bar on several nights."

"The hotel was clean but not very secure. I noticed a few people who didn’t use a code to enter the building while waiting for the elevator. I didn’t get good sleep, every few minutes I was woken up by loud traffic, homeless screaming, dogs barking, sirens and other random, unsettling noises. I couldn’t use the ear plugs because I needed to hear my alarm in the morning to make it to the airport on time. "
