"Went here for the family day long weekend (2025) and had the best time. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The front desk staff and valet greeted us when we returned from any outing, asking how it was, which made us feel great that they remembered where we were going. My kids loved the pool and had an amazing time. 10/10"

"This is an excellent hotel- so clean and very new. We felt the rooms and bathrooms were big and bright and very nice and a little luxurious. The hotel had little touches such a personalized welcome on the tv as well as some candies for valentines. I would highly recommend this hotel- central to downtown Calgary sights."

"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. Instructions for arrival...

"The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "
