"We don't know the area so we wanted somewhere to stay close to The Symphony Hall, as it was February and very wet and windy. I'm very glad I choose this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor, an executive room, with great views. It had everything we needed, with a comfortable bed, relaxing shower and usual other little extras to add to a great stay. "We were very disappointed that The Hilton Metropole had no reservation for us despite us having an email confirmation from Hotels.com showing our room had been paid for a year ago. Several staff looked at their monitors but could not find the reservation we then had to move around the corner to speak to someone else which was quite embarrassing. They did assure us that they would be able to find us a room but it was a bit uncomfortable."
