"On weekdays evenings (especially Friday) the pub in the square opposite played loud thumping music that was audible even in my ninth floor room. At least it stopped at 11:00 pm. Surrounding area was a bit more run down but not too bad. It was really well placed for Circular Quays and the transport hubs. Rooms adequate in size, very well maintained and cleaned. Very nice hotel."

"Great hotel in a great location. Close to the metro and light rail stations. Very walkable area to stay in. Rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was a great start to a day of sightseeing. Staff were helpful when we needed advice on how to get between stations on public transit. Friendly staff throughout as well. Daily housekeeping and comfortable beds."

"Loving all the renovations. The new rooms are refreshing, modern and comfy. I loved the pot plant when we entered the room until my 18 month old started eating the rocks 🙃. We had to move the plant to the balcony. Great stay."

"The property has large, quiet rooms. However, the facilities in the room are a bit deficient. No easy chairs, only one chair, no separate table, shower in the bath. Needs updating. "
