"Beautiful hotel! I am so glad we got to experience a little taste of golden Hollywood era. The ceilings in the lobby and restaurant are breath-taking. The pictures of old Academy Award ceremonies in their ballroom were fascinating. And the staff is absolutely wonderful and kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again."

"This property had valet service that was able to be used all day and night at your convenience by send a quick text to call for your car. The valet guys were so nice and accommodating to quick bathroom breaks that we needed to do here and they up to our hotel room, so that was nice, front desk staff was professional and always looking busy, the hotel rooftop bar was perfect dim light setting felt dressy and casual at the same time, and the drinks were amazing from the main bar can’t say the same for the pop up bar outside those drinks weren’t that great, but still a vibe none the less, and our room was perfect and very clean as well as a awesome view of the Hollywood sign! And everything you felt a short walk away ! Great spot we will be coming back here hoping to make the Godfrey our new spot for our visits in town ! "

"Everyone was really nice but the first room they gave us was a view of the ac units. We moved and then were in a higher room but facing the city and I thought we were going to have a Hollywood hills view. "

"Liked the historical nature of the property. Lobby was dark, carpet and furniture worn and stained. Homeless often hanging out on steps outside exit door of elevator bank. Need to brighten and clean the gym, too dark, too small and gloomy."
