"A good hotel except for the tour and excursions manager, who sent me on a 45 minute taxi ride to the ‘pyramids light show’when it wasn’t even on, after i’d asked him on three different occasions to confirm that it was on that night, which he did.Fortunately I had an understanding taxi driver who brought me back to the hotel,after being with him for nearly two hours. "Hotel is womderful. We had a terrible experience at the previous hotel we satyed and hotels.com was useless in helping us resolve our issue. But as soon as we got to the Hyatt it was great. The only disappointing part of the Hyatt is that we didnt stay there sooner and avoid the disaster we experienced. The hotel has multiple security checkpoints to enter and exit the property. "Do not hesitate to stay here. The view is unsurpassable. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Achmed was amazing to my mother and myself. The restaurant upstairs is good. The hotel was under a little renovation, but that’s okay. They are making improvements. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very plentiful. You only need 1 day here in Cairo and the pyramids. Spend your time in Luxor and Aswan. "
