"Absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back! The staff in every department could not be more helpful and accommodating. They were more than happy to assist with any requests and always on hand when needed. The breakfast and high tea were great. The bar and pool area is relaxing and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with easier pick up/drop off for tours; and they offer airport transfers. Do not hesitate to book! "

I had an issue with the AC in my room on arrival but they sent up a technician to repair it within an hour of my check-in and the climate control was impeccable throughout my stay. The hotels is a block from a bustling market and close to major District One attractions. I walked to most destinations. "

The only faults that I could find were: door slamming noises were terrible; there apparently is a bar next door that plays music very loud into the night: when I complained the management very prompted moved me to another room, which was really nice of them. So request a room away from the club, if possible. Overall, the hotel was excellent "

"Beautiful hotel but only had 30 banana lounges by the pool so very difficult based on the size of the hotel to get a seat, it’s also a wedding facility so on weekends half the pool area is closed and all tables and chairs are used for their functions. Restaurant was excellent. Be prepared to wait 5 minutes minimum for the lift on every occasion. "
