"When I booked the hotel, I specifically requested change the king bed to two single beds. However, at check-in, I was informed that all rooms were fully booked, and it was impossible to switch. My 13-year-old son, who is 180 cm tall, was unwilling to share the king-size bed with me, so he had to squeeze onto the couch for the night. The hotel could have informed me in advance that they couldn’t accommodate the request, allowing me the option to book a different hotel."

"The hotel location is fabulous and is next to ICC and within walking distance to many attractions like Sea Life, Wild Life, Sydney Towle Eye, Queen Victoria Building, etc. Our room is west facing, we were lucky enough to watch the stunning sunset a couple of times in good weather. We will be back again next time. Highly recommended!!"
