"Staff from at Gowings were incredible. There was a stand out though, I think his name was Jackson. Very knowledgeable, great humour and made us feel at home. Our only issues were with the room. Our towels were stained, the fridge had a strong odour and also had an open carton of milk in there. "

The styling, the lighting, the little extras (record player, guitar, great craft beer in the minibar), and the soundproof paneling all made my stay memorable. Highly recommend this place."

"Everything you think a 5* hotel would have, the Langham in Sydney had. The staff were really friendly, the facilities were excellent (pool, jacuzzi), the bedrooms were exquisite and the beds/pillows were super comfy. Our beds were turned down every evening which was lovely to still see. Will stay here again in the future."

"Very busy hotel long queue to check in but after that smooth sailing. Room was not ready but didn’t take long. We had the starcation package with the star suite, great room very comfortable and love all the little extras. Pool was nice but also very busy in the warmer spa sections so virtually impossible to get in. Found the pool area needed more staff as there was limited service at the bar.
