"During our week long stay at this beautiful property, my family and I had the most enjoyable stay. The owners and the hotel assistant were warm,inviting and very helpful. The food was also amazing. We had daily transportation provided (for a fee) to and from Medellin. The hosts assisted with corresponding with our excursions to get a closer pick up and drop off. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel.
