"Everything as always was excellent. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast team are exceptional as are the reception team however everyone is great. Such a relaxing break for 2 ladies who like to lunch. Our room was comfortable, very clean and provided everything we needed. I cannot praise it enough. A fabulous all round experience, already looking to book again. Thankyou to everyone you do a great job. Room 112. "

"Very clean room & comfortable quiet location. Breakfast plentiful with view of water. Easy location to amenities locally. Setting son into Uni rooms meant we were able to stay and visit pier and cafe on it and Llandudno by bus. 12 return for two"
