"The staff is super helpful and friendly and the amenities offered were great! We loved the kayaking and yoga! The common areas were very nice. The only issue were the very noisy air conditioners. It kept us up all night, as it did our son, in another room. Unfortunately, we were told that the only way to fix them was to replace them, which didn't happen. Hope they do this soon!"

"It was a good place to stay with kids. We felt safe in the hotel due to the security measures that are taken. The one thing that would be nice along with holding your bags until you leave after checking out would be a location to shower before leaving the island. A lot of the flights leave late at night and if you want to catch those last rays of sunshine before heading home it would be nice to wash off the salt water and sand. Overall, it was a good place to stay, and I would stay again. "
