"Property is well maintained. Beds are not queen size but are full, my husband and are a bit big so that was a disappointment for us, and they are firm mattresses. The property is really close to Yal Ku Lagoon, maybe 15 minutes walking. There are 2 close restaurants and one small store nearby. Best way to get around just in that specific area is golf cart or bikes (if you didn’t rent a car) . We came after hours so I had to ask how to get in, on same day we arrived I was told we had no...

"We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....
