"We spent so much time down the street that we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities here as we mostly only slept. I would not hesitate to book again in the future. It was exceptionally clean. Deisi does the cleaning and is very sweet. Miguel is so kind and helpful. The patio for this condo is huge and shaded with a view of the pool. There are chairs on the beach to use. Take swim shoes as the beach is rocky but the view is spectacular!"

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."

"The premier place to stay in Akumal! La Sirena #1 is a beautiful 2 room unit, well stocked if you're cooking. ( which we didnt) a great enclosed patio leads you out the the private beach are and, out to the best snorkeling in Half Moon Bay! Also, a short walk or bicycle ride from Ya Ku Lagoon. "My husband and I and our two kids age 2.5 & 5.5 had such a great experience here. It was beautiful, well taken care of, the staff, owner and other renters were so kind and welcoming to us. The weather was awesome the whole time we were there. The snorkeling was incredible and the surrounding areas were full of welcoming, kind locals and a really great vibe in general. We'll be back!"

"Just as advertised! i liked that it was inside the gated / manned security gate of Akumal. The condo had a nice breeze throughout the day, and the bedrooms were both roomy and comfortable. I enjoyed the hammock on the patio, and although I did not cook, while I was there, everything was set up in the kitchen that I would’ve needed. The pool was in great condition, and lounge area very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was a definite plus. I definitely recommend this location!"

"We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....
