"Overall a really nice property, the hot tubs were a great amenity. The layout of the room was a bit odd, the entrance door was immediately next to the bed which wasn’t ideal. The ventilation system in the room was extremely loud overnight. A bit far from downtown but it was nice that the hotel offered Roam bus tickets. Would consider staying again in the summer when it’s warmer so walking is an option. "

"Relatively new. Rustic wood burning fireplace in the lobby. Parking was convenient and easy. Located in a quiet area of downtown Banff. Got a convenient 3 day bus pass to explore downtown Banff. I imagine would be really walkable in the summer. Breakfast was really good at the restaurant in the sister hotel too (Hotel Canoe). Incorporated some good environmentally friendly concepts . Only downside would be the loud ac. "

"This property is in a great location, the rooms are perfect for a vacation in the mountains, the staff were excellent and overall a great stay. "

"This is such an underrated stay in Calgary. I spent over two weeks here during a renovation. The pool and fitness room are still not open due to upgrades, but the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly. There’s also a free shuttle too and from the airport. "
