"I had a great experience except for the check in was not acceptable. I was asked and told i would get a higher floor. But while checking me in the rude front desk clerk went in the room then came out and said they don't have the room cleaned. It was past check in how wasn't the room available. But when i said something he had the rudest remarks. So end of story i ending up being 10 floors down. And also the young Mexican lady that was seating ppl for breakfast had the worst attitude towards...

"We enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, from check in to check out. We loved their lounge area where coffee/tea/water/sparkling water are available 24/7. Every floor have their own filtered water station with refillable water bottles provided. We'll surely stay here again! "
