"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. Not a massive issue.Room was OK, clean and tidyish. ...

"Greeted by a pile of dirty bedding and towels in the room, phoned to tell the owners who did nothing about it. Very very dated and not in a quaint way. Not clean at all. Fortunately it was only a one night stay before we flew out on holiday early the next morning. I would not recommend to anyone. Floorboards are ridiculously creaky, if anyone gets up in the night, everyone is woken up! "

"The property was clean (couple of missed areas). Host was responsive when contacted. Property can sleep 10 people, but there is only 1 table which seats 4 so as a party of 6 we could not eat together. Also should be clearer in the description that there is no lounge in the property, just 4 bedrooms and kitchen. Location for Manchester is good and in a good neighbourhood."
