"The inside of the condo was great and very well maintained. However, the outdoor space was disappointing. The condo faces the main highway which was quite busy and noisy. The back is on a gravel road with no view. There was no where to enjoy the outdoors that was peaceful unless you walked to the small beach area about 7 minutes away. The beach area is very small and very close to the marshy area."

"They really have a lot of potential with this place. The proximity to beach 2 - which is a great family beach and nicer sand than beach 1- is perfect. The beach they built down by the river to watch boats and get some extra sand play with the kids, is amazing.
