"Really nice location, plenty of parking available. Nice pub and accommodation. Staff are very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was good quality, service was very good. Breakfast was very good. Room was good. The only slight negative, and I hate to add that it seems to be common with all hotels, is that the cups were very small for tea / coffee. I'm sure if we'd asked they would have had some decent sized mugs? Overall, you can't go wrong, clean, beautiful...

"The room was good except that it was very cold, the radiator was turned up high but the room never got warm. The duvet was only Summer weight so we had to use a towel and our coats to try and keep warm. Breakfast was continental and good, but a full English would have been preferred after a cold night! The ladies who served breakfast were lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. "

"Although a little tired and in need of a freshen up, and although there was a slight drain smell from our shower (not enough to complain about) the room was spacious, clean and well furnished. It had a beautiful view over the golf course. The main downside was the mattress which was a little hard and probably a bit worn out. Otherwise it was lovely and the staff were great overall. The gym and pool were also lovely, and complimentary to hotel guests. "
