"The butler service is outstanding. Additionally I love the quaintness of the bar and even when sitting alone, everyone is attentive and makes you feel appreciated and comfortable. "During our 8 day stay we received the greatest service out of any hotel in London that we have stayed at. From walking in to leaving was perfect. The concierge Paddy was so helpful he helped like he knew us personally. The door man Max did his job exceptionally. All in all the staff made our stay magnificent we will definitely be going back. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends. "
