The staff are all so attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work. I’ve not met a single rude or miserable member of staff while staying here. They are all welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Only problems are the aircon where the minimum temperature is 19c which is often too warm and the Wifi system which knocks out my email. Still my first choice."
