"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked in late at night and the lady that assisted us was very helpful she suggested a pizza place that delivered and we loved it. And she offered to bring whatever we needed to our room once we got up there. The area was very convenient, during the day was great to walk around. "

"Wonderful location in middle of union square. Can walk everywhere. Note: quite a few homeless in the area but no issues. Hotel was friendly, helpful and we encountered some initial problems with our room (heat and drain) but they quickly fixed by moving us to an equal room. The spa floor is beautiful. The valet and security are terrific and so friendly. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. Very nice stay. Note- they do a vacation resort sales pitch at checkin but not pushy if you aren’t...
