"First there is an issue in the handoff between hotels.com and the BnB Hyperion software. When filling out the secondary BnB software for security deposit both my MasterCard and Visa classified the transaction as fraud and declined them initially. Secondly, I requested to stay until 2/3 via hotels.com and somehow that was truncated to departing on 2/1. Finally just had a person who knew the front door code walk in at 8:15am even though check out isn't until 11am. Totally unsatisfactory. "

"Once you arrived it felt like you were being gouged for extra fees. They have two small ropes on the beach and if you are within that you can’t bring your own food or drink. Parking they make you feel your only option is valet and won’t say you can park on the street, although limited. Pricey when dealing with the extras. Rooms are small but well equipped. Wasn’t a bad experience but felt like you paid too much. "

"This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The staff was friendly and always helpful, the WiFi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning was strong enough to keep the room nice and cool. They provide free beach towels if you ask. "During our visit the pool was opened but did not have enough water ( I believe ) for it to run through filters, so the water was cold, and did not appear to be running through pumps at all.
