"Traveled to LA with my daughter for a college dance audition in February 2025. I decided to choose this hotel because it is on the UCLA campus and my daughter has applied to the dance program. The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff was very professional. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. We did not eat in the restaurant however; it looked very nice. "I love this hotel. Convenient for my purposes and the rooms are great size, well-appointed, well maintained and extremely comfortable. That said, I would be remiss if I did not mention Troy, the Concierge. He is extraordinary. He manages to remember all guests names, what they need, prefer, or have requested and is always pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I cannot say too many good things about Troy. He is truly a treasure and provides the type of service rarely seen in hotels these days."
