"Loved it , staff is really nice and friendly, very clean , loved the area, there’s a big mall close by and close to universal studios."

"Unfortunately, our heater did not work. It only blew out cold air. The bathroom light went on with the fan and the fan was extremely noisy. Hotel was clean enough and a good location."

"A special thank you to our waiter Mr. Colenri (spelling ?) He was so attentive, helpful and most of all a comforting message of hope as we were taking my son in for an exam at Jules Stein. His eyesight had recently faded to nothing, and the Dr. was able to give us some answers. His kind words were a wonderful way to start our day. He was also a very good waiter. He was on the morning shieft around 7:30 on 12/19.. Hope the good report comes back for him."

The free wine happy hour is a delightful way to start the evening on a high note. Its location, just five minutes from Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, is unbeatable. We’ll definitely be back! "

"Recommend having closed dining area, especially during cold weather. If that is not an option, definitely need several heater units around patio. "
